Group Swimming
Group lessons are run at all of our locations. Our class sizes are small and dependent on the pool size, which will dictate numbers per class. We are very proud to have our instructors in the water, with assistants in the pool as well to support our instructors. This means our teacher to child ratios are very low.
All Stars Swim Programme
This programme is for all children/teenagers/young adults who need support in their learn to swim journey. This is a very bespoke scheme of lessons written with individual outcomes for each swimmer. It will be a group session, where a parent/carer will be in the water with the swimmer.
Expert Swimming Tuition Built on 35 Years of Experience
With 35 years experience in the swimming industry, AST Swimschool has many years of swimming knowledge. Our bespoke program has been developed to teach water confidence and water safety, along with all 4 strokes and deep water skills.
Each level meets both the STA’s and Swim England’s criteria and we pride ourselves on being fully inclusive and can cater for all needs, whether a 1:1 or group lesson is the best fit for your family.
