My belief is that exercise needs to be enjoyable and fun, not a chore!
We welcome anyone regardless of your fitness level or swimming ability.
All our classes are varied and we can adapt our exercises to suit your ability.
I am trained not only in water aerobics, but also hydro – kik (Kick boxing), interval training, circuit training and master abs. Our classes vary from week to week and no 2 classes are the same.
The classes are held in our private pools, so you will feel comfortable whilst exercising.
